ABOUT ME
Unfortunately, painful events in life are inevitable. The good thing is that suffering from these events can be optional. Helping people to achieve their personal goals through these difficult times is something I have enjoyed doing for almost 20 years. I have had the privilege of working with people in Omaha and the surrounding communities by addressing a variety of issues including substance use and other addictions, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationships, self-esteem, grief, divorce, anger management and other life issues to name a few. I believe in a holistic approach using evidence based practices including: EMDR, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) in a safe, supportive and confidential environment to meet the individualized needs of each of my clients.
